Implementation of the Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic between FH UNUD and the Indonesian Judicial Commission: Assessment Phase

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - The Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic Program between FH UNUD and the Judicial Commission consists of 3 stages, namely: Study, Laboratory, Practice and Community Service. On Wednesday (06/09/2023), the Lab / Events Section held a Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic for the Study Stage. The Study Stage lasted for 4 days starting from September 6-9, 2023 at FH UNUD Denpasar Campus.

The first day of the study phase of the code of ethics and advocacy clinic provided material on the Role of the Judicial Commission and Legal Independence. There were 3 lecturers as presenters: I Wayan Bela Siki Layang, S.H., M.H, Nyoman Satyayudha Dananjaya, S.H., M.H., Ph.D and Made Cinthya Puspita Shara, S.H., M.H. This clinic class was attended by 25 fifth semester students who had taken the core courses offered by the Procedural Law Lab / Section.
