Opening of the Code of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic in Collaboration between FH UNUD and the Indonesian Judicial Commission

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id -Implementation of cooperation between the Indonesian Judicial Commission and FH UNUD in the form of Ethics and Advocacy Clinic activities opened on Thursday (06/07/2023) at the FH UNUD Hall, Denpasar Campus. The activity began with a speech by the Chairperson of the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic of FH UNUD (Dr. Ni Nengah Adiyaryani, S.H., M.H.) and continued with a speech by the Dean of FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Gede Arya Sumerta Yasa, S.H., M.Hum.) who also opened the activity, then continued with a speech by the Head of the Bureau of Recruitment, Advocacy and Capacity Building for Judges (Untung Maha Gunadi, S.H., M.Si.) as well as formalizing the opening of the ethics and advocacy clinic collaboration with FH Unud. The opening ceremony was attended by Vice Deans of FH UNUD, Coordinator of Information and Cooperation Unit of FH UNUD, mentors (lecturers of FH UNUD) and students participating in the Ethics and Advocacy Clinic.

 

This clinic program is one of the programs run by the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia to prevent acts of degrading honor and dignity (PMKH) against judges targeting academics. The participants of the clinic are FH UNUD students who have taken procedural law courses. Through this program students will be invited to be involved in 3 types of activities, namely: study, laboratory, practice and community service.
