Visiting Lecture from the Australian National University (ANU) College of Health and Medicine

The Undergraduate Study Program and Masters Study Program in Public Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, held a Visiting Lecture on the topic "Getting it Right: Publishing in International Journals" in Prof.dr.'s room. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Faculty of Medicine Unud Building, Denpasar. (5/7/2023).

 

This event presented a guest lecturer from the Australian National University (ANU) College of Health and Medicine, namely Professor Sally Hall Dykgraaf who discussed "Getting it Right: Publishing in International Journals".

 

The purpose of holding this Visiting Lecturer Lecture is of course to support and improve the skills of teaching staff regarding international scientific writing strategies, the process of selecting reputable international journals and the mechanism for submitting manuscripts to target journals.

 

This event was opened directly by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Prof. dr. I Md. Ady Wirawan, MPH., Ph.D, who expressed his gratitude to the speakers who attended and shared their knowledge today.

 

"My hope is that the collaboration between ANU College of Health and Medicine and FK Unud can continue to grow, and all the knowledge and experience conveyed by today's speakers can provide additional knowledge and add insight to the participants of the Visiting Lecture"

 

The participants of this event came from lecturers and students of the Undergraduate Study Program and Master of Public Health Study Program as well as students of the Medical Profession Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University who are currently stationed at the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine (KMKP).
