FTP Unud Lecturer Trusted to Be a Resource Person in Agrarian Reform Access Activities, Teach Theory and Practice of Processing Coconut Oil and VCO

Lecturer of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University (FTP Unud) is again trusted to be a resource person. This time the Unud FTP Lecturer became a resource person at the Access to Agrarian Reform activity in the Ayuning Sari Pertiwi group, Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Abiansemal District, Badung on June 27 2023 which was held by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency Land Office of Badung Regency, Bali Province in collaboration with the Agriculture and Food Service of Badung Regency and PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Bali in the realization of CSR funds.

 

This activity was attended by the Head of Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Mr. I Nyoman Buda, Head of the Badung Regency Land Office, Mr. Heryanto, S.Sit and Manager of PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Bali and the Reform Access Team and also activity participants namely the Sari Pertiwi Ayuning Group. The activity carried out was titled Business development and facilitation of access to marketing access to agrarian reform in 2023. Unud FTP lecturer, namely Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P., Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb and I Putu Gede Budisanjaya, S.TP., M.T. entrusted to be a resource person by delivering materials and practices related to the processing and production of coconut oil and VCO, their refining techniques and explanations of the tools used in each stage of the production process.

 

One of the sources Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. reported that the activities were running smoothly, she also hoped that the materials and practices provided would be useful and have a positive impact on the Ayuning Sari Pertiwi group, Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, she said.
