PSSKPPN FK Unud Receives Visit from Kagawa Prefecture University, Japan

Undergraduate Study Program in Nursing and Nurse Professional Education, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University (PSSKPPN FK Unud) received a visit from Kagawa Prefecture University, Japan in room I.B Tjitarsa.(13/6/2023)

 

This activity aims to introduce the study programs of each institution and discuss the potential for collaboration in the academic and research fields between Kagawa Prefecture University and PSSKPPN FK Unud.

 

The activity began with remarks from the Coordinator of PSSKPPN FK Unud Dr. Ns. Ni Ketut Guru Prapti, S.Kep., MNS also opened the activity. In his remarks Dr. Prapti hopes that good cooperation will be established, both in terms of academics, research and community service for the advancement of the joint institution.

 

The event continued with a presentation from the academic coordinator Ns. Ni Komang Ari Sawitri, S.Kep., M.Sc., PhD regarding study program profiles, academic conditions, and research collaboration and collaboration conducted by PSSKPPN FK Unud. Kagawa Prefecture University, which on this occasion was represented by Prof. Kumiko Kido presented about the academic situation on Japanese campuses and presented the research the team was doing on the topic "An Effective Instructional Design and Debriefing Method in Simulation Training for Undergraduate Nursing Education in Japan". Afterwards, a discussion and question and answer session opened regarding the research presented and the potential for collaboration that could exist between PSSKPPN FK Unud and Kagawa Prefecture University, Japan.

 

This visiting activity was attended by 12 lecturer staff of PSSKPPN FK Unud and 3 lecturers and 3 master students from Kagawa Prefecture University, Japan.

 

The event ended by visiting the skills lab facility at PSSKPPN FK Unud, handing over souvenirs and taking a group photo.
