The meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Committee (Dra. Luh Putu Eswaryanti Kusuma Yuni, M.Sc., Ph.D) Before the chairman of the committee gave directions for technical issues, he gave the opportunity to the Coordinator of the Scientific and Proceeding Commission (Prof.Dr.Ir. Komang Dharmawan, M. math.,Ph.D) to deliver his presentation first.

In the past, STIC had a national level, now it has become international, hopefully in the future it will remain international. In the future he will change the concept so that it can be indexed by Scopus.  Chairman of the Committee (Dra.
