The Drafting Team for the Academic Guidelines Revision of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 2022 on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the Meeting Room 1 Lt. 3 The Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Jimbaran Campus, held a Meeting for the Drafting of the Academic Guidelines for the Revision of the Faculty of Engineering. Drafting Team for Revision of Academic Guidelines for the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 2022 in accordance with the Decree of the Chancellor of Udayana University Number 238/UN14.2.5/HK/2022, including the Dean as Director, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Coordinator of Undergraduate Study Programs at the Faculty of Engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Environmental Engineering), and Coordinator of the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Engineering as Persons in Charge, Chair and Secretary who are Lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering, as well as Drafting Members include Lecturers and Employees at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.

 

 

The meeting was opened by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Prof. I Nyoman Suprapta Winaya, ST., MA.Sc., Ph.D., as the Person in Charge of the Drafting Team for the Pedomic Revision of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. The meeting was attended by the 2022 Udayana University Faculty of Engineering Pedomic Revision Drafting Team, including the Drafting Members from each Undergraduate Study Program at the Engineering Faculty. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman, Dr. Eng. I Made Agus Dwi Suarjaya, S.T., accompanied by the Secretary, Gede Pringgana, ST, MT, PhD. The meeting was also attended by the Dean, Coordinator of the Undergraduate Study Program and the Drafting Members.

 

The drafting members consist of 12 Lecturers from each Undergraduate Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, including the Head of Information Technology Services at the Information Resources Unit and the Head of the Electrical Power Engineering Laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering. In addition, the members are 16 employees within the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, including the TU Coordinator of the Faculty of Engineering, Sub-Coordinator of Planning and Information Systems, Sub-Coordinator of Student Affairs, Sub-Coordinator of General Affairs and Finance, Sub-Coordinator of Education and Cooperation, Academic Administration, Information Manager of Cooperation (Cooperation and Partnership Material Processor), Financial Administration (Financial Document Organizer), Academic Administration, Personnel Administration (Employment Transfer Processor), Scholarship and Aid Data Processor (Scholarship Data Processor), Financial Manager (Financial Data Processor), Property Manager State (Supporting Commitment-Making Officials), Correspondence Administration (Leading Administration), and Data Processors (Program and Budget Data Processors).

 

This finalization meeting is the fourth meeting after previously held 3 meetings to discuss the renewal and improvement of the Pedomik in the previous year. The improvement in the Study Program is focused on improving the curriculum related to the Independent Learning Curriculum of the Independent Campus, where the curriculum in each Undergraduate Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering must be repositioned to support the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka program. In addition, the finalization meeting also discussed the renewal of activities and activity units at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. This 2022 Pedomic of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University will also be equipped with a book in English to accommodate the need for study documents at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University related to international accreditation. Mr. Dean, Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, ST., Ph.D., said that English language teaching should be provided as it relates to the accreditation of study programs at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University at the international level. This Pedomic Book of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University will soon be completed to be distributed to New Students of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.
