FISIP Udayana and FISIP Airlangga, Explore Tri Dharma College Cooperation

Denpasar, In an effort to maximize the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University signed a cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Airlangga University. The signing was carried out in the Adi Sukadana Room by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia with the Dean of FISIP Unair, Prof. Dr. Bagong Suyanto Drs., M.Sc. (04/07/2022)

In addition to strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two parties, this exploratory activity is intended to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes the fields of education, research, and community service, in the form of the Merdeka Learning program, Merdeka Campus (MBKM). Besides that, specifically this exploratory activity is also at the same time as preparation for the establishment of the Library and Information Science S1 study program at FISIP Udayana.

The arrival of FISIP Udayana was welcomed by FISIP Airlangga, who was represented by Prof. Dr. Bagong Suyanto Drs., M.Sc., as Dean of FISIP, Hendro Margono, S.Sos., M.SC., PhD., as Head of the Department of Information and Library Science, Probo Darono Yaakti, as lecturer in International Relations, and other lecturers other. Also present who represented FISIP Udayana, Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, as the Dean of FISIP, and Dr. Drs. I Putu Suhartika, M.Sc., as the Coordinator of the D3 Library Study Program.

In the meeting, the two parties discussed the potential for cooperation that could be carried out by both parties in the academic field, the development of innovation in the field of education, and including the benchmarking of the establishment of the S1 Library and Information Science study program, FISIP, Udayana University.

The activity which lasted from morning to noon ended with the handing over of souvenirs and a group photo. It is hoped that the output of the signing of this PKS can be implemented immediately and can have a positive impact on both parties. (tr)
