Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement, FTP Unud Provides Guidance and Assistance in the Development of Creative Products to Support the Tourism Industry in Bakas Village and Tihingan Village

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency which aims to implement the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The implementation of the Cooperation Agreement was carried out on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 which was held in Bakas Village and Tihingan Village.

 

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology which consists of the Food Technology Study Program, the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program and the Agricultural Engineering and Biosystem Study Program has provided initial guidance and assistance regarding the development of products made from local raw materials and waste-based materials. Initial assistance and guidance was provided with the development of herbal drink products using local ingredients by Putu Julyantika Nica Dewi, S.TP., M.TP and I Gede Arie Mahendra Putra, S.TP., M.TP as well as the development of waste-based products. namely used cooking oil which is processed into solid soap by Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb and Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P.

 

This activity is very positively welcomed by the local community and is expected to help develop the local potential of the area and make a product that can later be used as a creative product to support the tourism industry which can be used as a characteristic of Bakas Village and Tihingan Village.
