DOCTORAL PROMOTION ASSEMBLY DOCTORAL STUDY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SCIENCE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

The Doctoral Study Program in Management Science, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (PSDIM FEB Unud) on Friday, May 13, 2022 again held an offline Doctoral Promotion Session, while still implementing health protocols.


The Doctoral Promotion Examination this time was led directly by the Coordinator of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Anom Purbawangsa, S.E., M.M. as chairman of the trial.



The students/Promovendus who held the doctoral promotion session were Gilbert Nainggolan, SS., MM and the promoter of this student was Prof. Dr. Ni Wayan Sri Suprapti, S.E., M.Sc., Co-Promoter 1 Mrs. Prof. Dr. Dra. Desak Ketut Sintaasih, M.Si and Co-Promoter 2 are Prof. Dr. I Gede Riana, S.E., M.M.


At this session, Promovendus presented a dissertation with the title “Transformational Leadership and Individual Competence; The Mediation Role of Empowerment and Knowledge Sharing (Study of Private Senior High School Teachers in Bali ”
