BECAUSE OF PERCEPTION, GENERAL BUREAU OF UDAYANA UNIVERSITY HANDLING THE WORKSHOP 'ASSESSMENT OF CREDIT FIBER POST FUNCTIONAL DOSEN'

Bukit Jimbaran, on Tuesday (27/03/2018), located at the Nation Room Lt. 3 Rectorate Building Udayana University Campus Bukit Jimbaran, General Bureau of Udayana University held a workshop "Assessment of Credit Score of Academic Lecturer at Udayana University". The event was held by presenting a resource person from the Assessment Team of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, Prof. Dr. Ir. Syaiful Anwar, M.Si and Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Arya Thanaya, M.E., Ph.D as moderator.
The workshop was attended by Secretary of Udayana University Senate, the Dean of Faculty, Director and Deputy Director of Postgraduate, Chairman of LPPPM, Chairman of LPPM, Chairman of SPI, representative of Lecturer Credit Lecturer Appraisal Team (PPAK) in each Faculty, Appraiser of Credit Score Center, Head of Sub Division of Administration, Head of Sub Division of General and Finance of each faculty in Udayana University Environment.

Head of Human Resources Division Nyoman Sumayadnya, as well as Chairman of the Workshop Committee conveyed the purpose and objective of this event is to equate perceptions related to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 92 of 2014 on Technical Guidance of Assessment of Credit Rate of Functional Lecturer and Credit , as well as to improve the understanding for the Credit Rate Appraisal Committee (PPAK) in the environment at Udayana University. Furthermore, it is expected that ASN will increase its capability in charge of managing the promotion proposal and the rank of lecturer in Udayana University.

Representing the Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng as the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs in his speech said that in the future, it is expected that after this workshop can accelerate the proposal of promotion and academic lecturer position so as to reduce the appellate and promotion file which is rejected by the proposal. Uayana University will undertake the reform of research infrastructure, research facilities will soon be improved so as to enable the acquisition of accountable data, and improved management in the field of research, so that researchers may cooperate with partners from outside researchers, especially researchers from outside Indonesia. In addition, there are also reforms in the field of publications or scientific journals that exist in Udayana University either Journal that exist in the level of study program both online journals and print journals, so it is expected to always be updated and can become accredited journals nationally and internationally.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Syaiful Anwar, M.Si as the keynote speaker conveyed the importance of Pre-Test, Proposed Assessment Practices and Practices Assessing Scientific Work followed by all workshop participants. The expected output of this activity is the increasing insight of the PPAK in Udayana University. (HM)
