Optimize Procurement of Goods/Services, Procurement Unit of Udayana University Held a Workshop
Denpasar - Tuesday, (13/03/2018), Udayana University's Procurement Services Unit held "Government Procurement System Workshop E-Purchasing V.4" in 2nd Floor Video Conference Room of GDLN Building, Unud Sudirman Campus. This workshop was followed by Commitment Officer (PPK), Procurement Official (PP), Working Group of Procurement Services, Electronic Supply System Admin (SPSE), KDP supporter and Internet / Bandwidth Network Manager. The workshop was aimed at realizing the process of procurement of goods / services of the government in Udayana University in accordance with the basic principles of procurement as stipulated in Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 along with its amendment or other legislation.

Head of Public Bureau, Drs. Ketut Amoga Sidhi was representing Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, in his speech delivered based on Perpres No. 54 of 2010 procurement of goods / services of government done electronically by E-Tendering or E-Purchasing, as regulated in President Regulation No. 4 of 2015 administration of electronic procurement of goods / services where in K / L / D / I is obliged to carry out electronic procurement of goods / services for part / all work packages. Bureau hopes that through this workshop procurement officials can understand how the procurement process of goods / services and also can optimize the process of procurement of goods and services of government at Udayana University. In addition, the most important thing is to coordinate the implementation of procurement of goods / services in 2018 from procurement officers with units in accordance with which the procurement official is assigned.
Head of Procurement Section, State Owned Section, Public Bureau, I Dewa Made Ary Swanjaya added SIRUP (Procurement Information System) issued by Budget User Authority (KPA) and published through sirup.lkpp.go.id website packaging package of procurement of goods / services must be clear, so it can be known how many packages will be auctioned, in e-purchasing.
