LP3M Udayana University Holds Online Training/Refresher for Internal Accreditation of Udayana University
Udayana University (Unud) through the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M) held Udayana University Accreditation Internal Accreditation Training/Refresher which took place online via Zoom Meeting by presenting two speakers from BAN PT: Prof. Dr. Slamet Wahyudi, S.T., M.T and LAMSPAK: Prof. Dr. M.R. Khairul Muluk, M.Sc.
The event began with remarks from the Head of LP3M, Prof. Ir. I Nengah Sujaya, M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D, who said that the number of study programs at Unud currently totals 130 and 62 have achieved Excellence and 13 are accredited A. LP3M in this case is trying to reduce the number of study programs that are still Good and Very Good, so that it leads to Excellence. It is hoped that internal assessors can provide direction to study programs that will undergo re-accreditation in 2025.
By presenting qualified resource persons in the field of accreditation at this event, it is hoped that this event can provide guidance to participants, assessors and internal assistants for Unud accreditation, so that they receive more refreshment and updated information.
Meanwhile, the Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, ST., Ph.D in opening the Udayana University Accreditation Internal Accreditation Training/Refresher event said that Unud as an educational institution is committed to maintaining the quality of graduates and the educational process at Unud. The accreditation assistants who monitor quality at Unud are expected to be able to update accreditation developments and assessment criteria so that they can help develop accreditation for study programs that have not yet achieved excellence.
It is hoped that this training can provide refreshment and updated information to support the achievement in the next 5 years of study programs at Unud that at least 80% of study programs at Unud have been accredited with Excellence to support the proposal to become a PTN BH.
