Commemorating the anniversary, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Udayana University visits the Semara Putra Klungkung Orphanage

Semarapura - Dharma Wanita Persatuan Udayana University (Unud) paid a visit to the Semara Putra Klungkung Orphanage to commemorate the anniversary of Dharma Wanita Persatuan, Saturday (4/1/2025). This activity was attended by all members of the Unud Dharma Wanita Persatuan, led directly by the Head of the Unud Dharma Wanita Persatuan, Mrs. Shari Sudarsana.

The Semara Putra Orphanage cares for 33 children and 4 of them are people with disabilities, abandoned children, victims of violence, underprivileged children and children who have dropped out of school. This orphanage was founded in 1985 and is managed by Kadek Sukarya and a total of 9 administrators. Some of the children from the orphanage have graduated from college, namely 6 people and among them are alumni of Udayana University.

During this visit, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Unud also handed over donations in the form of basic necessities and cash assistance to help with the operations of the Orphanage. Apart from that, the Unud Dharma Wanita Persatuan also had the opportunity to tour the Orphanage area.
