Providing Intensive Assistance in ZI Development, Udayana University Holds a Workshop on Filling Integrity Zone LKE

Udayana University (Unud) held a Workshop on Filling Out the Integrity Zone (ZI) Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) at the Platinum Hotel Jimbaran, Monday (07/10/2024). This workshop was held in order to follow up on the results of monitoring and evaluation (monev) for the Development of Integrity Zones towards Corruption Free Areas (ZI-WBK) carried out by the Udayana University Bureaucratic Reform team, where there are nine faculties that will be given intensive assistance in filling out the ZI LKE.

Present as speakers in this workshop, Prof.Dr. Nat. tech. Siswo Sumardiono, ST, MT from the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University and Nelasari, S.K.M., M.K.M. from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia.

Secretary of the Udayana University Bureaucratic Reform Team, Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma in his report said that Udayana University has launched an Integrity Zone for all Faculties and Postgraduate Studies in 2023.

Previously, in 2021, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University was used as a pilot project and this year it entered the top 3 nationally in the BLU Satker cluster which was previously assessed by the Directorate General of Higher Education and Technology. In accordance with the leadership's direction and the Chancellor's performance contract, there are 50% of faculties that must build Integrity Zones.

One of the indicators of ZI development is filling in LKE, which based on monitoring and evaluation that has been carried out previously from 13 faculties and postgraduates has been filtered into 9 units. In December, the 9 units that have been screened will be re-screened into 6 units and if they meet the requirements they will be submitted to the Ministry for assessment and assistance.

Furthermore, Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma hopes that the speakers present can provide sharing sessions regarding the challenges faced, indicators of success, and changes that occurred during building ZI from 2020.

Meanwhile, Head of the General Bureau of Udayana University, Ni Made Pertami Susilawati, SE., MM. In his speech she said that this LKE is very important, because in 2024 the 9 units screened must have filled out the LKE. Through this workshop activity, it is hoped that the ZI team in these 9 units will fill out the LKE as well as possible according to the guidelines provided by the speakers.

"Hopefully this workshop can run smoothly and the participants can listen to the resource person's presentation as best as possible for guidance in filling out the LKE," said the Head of the Bureau.
