Udayana University Signs MoU with PT PLN Indonesia Power Bali Generation Business Unit

Denpasar - Rector of Udayana University (Unud) Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana signed an extension of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Udayana University and PT PLN Indonesia Power Bali Generation Business Unit at the PLN Indonesia Power Office, Pesanggaran Denpasar, Tuesday (1/10/2024). Present at the signing ceremony were the Senior Manager of PT PLN Indonesia Power Bali Generation Business Unit and staff and teams from the Unud Faculty of Engineering.

Senior Manager of PT PLN Indonesia Power Bali Generation Business Unit I Made Harta Yasa on this occasion said that this MoU is a legal umbrella for cooperation between the two parties where PT PLN Indonesia Power has quite a lot of social and environmental responsibilities which of course need to be consulted and collaborated with academics.

His party also opens up opportunities for internships for Unud students and the development of collaboration. If there are problems, the party is also ready to explore the existing problems with the center.

Meanwhile, the Rector of Unud Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana said that Unud has many lecturers with their respective experts and welcomed the collaboration and student internship program. Unud also has a Teaching Practitioner MBKM program, and the Rector offered to participate in this program. The Rector hopes that the collaboration will provide benefits for both parties.
