Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University Celebrates the 62nd Anniversary of the Badan Kekeluargaan

Jimbaran, 13 September 2024 – Rector of Udayana University (Unud), Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana was present and gave a speech at the peak event of the 62nd anniversary of the Badan Kekeluargaan (BK) of Faculty of Animal Husbandry's which took place at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Jimbaran. The event was attended by the academic community, alumni, and invited guests from various circles, both from within and outside the institution.

In his speech, the Rector expressed his honor and happiness to be present at this valuable moment for the Faculty of Animal Husbandry. The theme of this year's celebration, "Togetherness Strengthens the Sense of Family" is very relevant to the spirit of togetherness that continues to develop at Udayana University. Togetherness is the main foundation for all, both as an academic community and as a large family at Udayana University. This theme reflects a commitment to continue strengthening ties and collaboration across the university community.

Apart from that, the Rector also appreciated the entire academic community of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry who continue to innovate in facing challenges in this era of globalization, especially in relation to the sustainability of the livestock sector and the environment. The greening efforts that are part of today's series of events are a concrete example of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry's commitment to maintaining a balance between technological progress and environmental sustainability.

The Rector conveyed a happy birthday to the 62nd Family Body of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University. We hope that the Faculty of Animal Husbandry will be even more prosperous and continue to develop rapidly and contribute significantly to Udayana University, the nation and the state.  

The celebration of the 62nd BK Anniversary of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry was also an event to strengthen the relationship between alumni, students and the academic community. Also present at this event was the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ketut Sudarsana, Deans at Udayana University as well as partners from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry such as PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, PT Arta Sedana, and Bank BPD Bali.
