First Held, the International Affairs Office of Udayana University held a Summer Camp Program

The 2024 Summer Camp Program which was implemented through the International Affairs Office (KUI) of Udayana University (Unud) was opened by the Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana on Monday (5/08/2024). In opening this event, the Rector expressed his gratitude for the extraordinary support and hard work of the Udayana University International Office in promoting international cooperation.

After the success of the first Winter Camp event organized by the International Office of Udayana University, this is the first Summer Camp event organized by the International Affairs Office. The Rector hopes that this activity will deepen understanding and increase friendship, cross-cultural exchange, and cooperation between Udayana University and the 6 partner universities involved in the Summer Camp.

KUI Coordinator, Putu Ayu Asty Senja Patiwi, Ph.D in his report said that this program was designed to support Udayana University's internationalization efforts and meet the increasing demand from partner university students abroad to participate. In addition, this program is the result of a Memorandum of Understanding signed by Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Henan University of Urban Construction, Nanchang Normal University, Nanchang University, Shandong Jianzhu University and Universiti Technologi Mara Malaysia.

The first Summer Camp 2024 was attended by 42 (forty two) from six (6) universities in China and Malaysia. The 2024 Summer Camp program is held for one week from 5 August to Saturday, 10 August 2024, located at the Denpasar Campus, by balancing learning and recreation, workshops and interactive projects that transform academic concepts into interesting indoor and outdoor learning and recreational activities student interests.

Also present at the opening ceremony were the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, as well as the Team from KUI Udayana University.
