Udayana University Holds TTE Workshop for Diplomas, Transcripts and SKPI
Jimbaran - Udayana University (Unud) through the Academic and Statistics Section of the Academic, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau held a Workshop on Electronic Signatures of Diplomas, Transcripts and SKPIs at the Nusa Room, Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Tuesday (25/6/2024). This activity was attended by the Rector, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Faculty and Postgraduate Leaders along with the Academic Team, USDI Team, Academic and Statistics Coordinator and staff.
Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Unud Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja on this occasion said that considering the increasing number of graduates and we also have Electronic Signature (TTE) facilities, it is planned to implement TTE on the 160th Graduation Certificate at Udayana University. He hopes that the USDI Team can guide the implementation of this TTE for diplomas, transcripts and SKPI and carry out a simulation of the implementation of this TTE.
Meanwhile, the Rector of Unud Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his direction said that according to previous commitments, diplomas would be signed electronically or TTE. With TTE, it will certainly make it easier to award this diploma, and in the future it is hoped that legalization can also be done with TTE so that it is more efficient in line with developments in the digitalization era.
The speakers in this workshop was I Made Arsa Suyadnya, ST., M.Eng (USDI) and his team. Meanwhile, the material presented is the General Flow of the Submission and TTE Process, the TTE Transcript Submission Process by Faculty/Postgraduate Operators, the SKPI TTE Submission Process by Faculty/Postgraduate Operators, the Diploma/Certificate TTE Submission Process by BAKH Operators and Transcript/SKPI/Diploma/Certificate TTE Submissions by the Dean/Director of Postgraduate Studies and TTE Diploma by the Rector. In the application process, if there are errors, it can be canceled and resubmitted by the Operator.
