Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University in the Lab/Section of International Law, I Made Budi Arsika, S.H., LLM was one of the speakers at the International Summer School: Champion's Debut at Masqut Narikbayev University, Kazakhstan which was held online on 27 May – 14 June 2024. International Summer This school is attended by Masqut Narikbayev University students.

I Made Budi Arsika, S.H., LLM delivered material on International Law together with 10 other speakers from various countries, namely Australia, Greece, Germany, India, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Canada.

The participation of I Made Budi Arsika, S.H., LLM as a speaker at universities abroad shows one of the internationalization indicators of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University. Internationalization is important in order to accelerate the quality of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Faculty of Law, Udayana University and fulfill the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) for Higher Education set by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture.
