Collaboration for Sebatu Village Development, Udayana University and LBH APIK Holds Paralegal Training

Coinciding with Pancasila's Birthday on June 1 2024, MBKM Bina Desa Sebatu, Udayana University held Paralegal Training in collaboration with LBH APIK and Posyankumhamdes Sebatu Village. This activity will last for three days, from 1 to 3 June 2024, with the theme "Towards the Transformation of Sebatu Village, Aware of the Law and Abiding by the Law of Other People's Actions." This event was attended by the Sebatu Village Perbekel, I Wayan Tangsi Asrama, who officially opened the training.

This training was also attended by various village officials, including the Sebatu Village Headquarters, I Wayan Tangsi Asrama. Apart from that, this event was also attended by Prajuru Banjar/Sebatu Traditional Village, PKK, and Sekaa Teruna Teruni Village of Sebatu.

The speakers who participated in this event were prominent figures such as I Gede Adi Saputra, SH., MH. (Kemenkumham Bali Regional Office), Ni Luh Putu Nilawati, SH., MH. (LBH APIK), Dr. Jimmy Z. Usfunan, SH., MH (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University), Drh. A. A. Gede Alit Asmara, SH. (Chairman of MDA Gianyar Regency), Dr. A. A. Ngurah Oka Yudistira Darmadi, SH., MH (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University), I Gede Pasek Pramana, SH., MH (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University), and Luh Putu Anggreni, SH (LBH APIK).

The aim of this training is to increase awareness and compliance with the law in Sebatu Village and to form a competent paralegal forum. Paralegals who have participated in this three-day training are expected to be able to apply their knowledge and skills in field practice, helping to resolve various legal problems that may occur in Sebatu Village.
