Darmasaba Village Development Students, Udayana University Perform Documentation of the Tegal Traditional Village Ketekok Jago Dance

Sunday (26/05/2024), students at MBKM Bina Desa Darmasaba, Udayana University, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency carried out documentation activities in the form of video recording of the Ketekok Jago dance, Tegal Traditional Village, Dinas Darmasaba Village. In carrying out this documentation, all Ketekok Jago dancers, Dalem Gegelang Temple officials, accompanying lecturers and all MBKM students, members of Bina Desa Darmasaba, were involved.

Apart from that, the dance recording session was also attended by the Darmasaba Village Head, Ida Bagus Surya Prabhawa Manuaba, S.H., M.H. and Chairman of the Ketekok Jago Dance Sekaa I Ketut Nesa. The recording was carried out from the preparation stage to the performance of the Ketekok Jago dance. 

Apart from recording this dance, the students also recorded with the Head of the Ketekok Jago Dance Department and the Head of the Ketekok Jago Dance who explained the history, series of processions and the elements in the Ketekok Jago Dance.
