Udayana University Holds Technical Guidance for ASN Personal Development in Improving Public Services
Improving the Quality of Public Services, the General Bureau Holds Technical Guidance at Udayana University through the Administrative, Household and Legal Administration Sections, the General Bureau carries out Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for ASN Personal Development in Improving Public Services at Udayana University, on Tuesday (19/3/ 2024) took place in the Udayana University Library Hall.
Chief Executive of the activity, Dr. Gayun Widharma, in his report said that apart from being a State University, Udayana University is also a Public Body that provides information for users of educational services. The service provider (front liner) is the face of each work unit which should reflect the face of the work unit well. For this reason, a qualified resource person and expert in the field of Public Speaking, Putu Suprapti Santy Sastra, SH., CHt., CI, was brought in. which is expected to provide good experiences related to self-development and public service, so that service providers within Udayana University can improve the image of the University and can provide better services.
This technical guidance was attended by approximately 120 participants consisting of representatives from each work unit at Udayana University. Participants are expected to be able to absorb the knowledge provided, and later it can be implemented in carrying out daily tasks.
The Technical Guidance was opened by the Head of the General Bureau, Pertami Sulistiawati, SE., MM, who in her speech expressed her appreciation for the presence of resource persons and participants in this Technical Guidance for ASN development. It is hoped that the participants will gain an understanding of the material presented in this Bimtek, and will later be able to provide better services to service recipients within Udayana University.
