The Australian Consul General Held a Meeting with the Chancellor of Udayana University
Rector of Udayana University (Unud), Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, accompanied by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Representatives of the International Affairs Office, and Cooperation and Public Relations Coordinator received a visit from the Australian Consul General to Bali, Ms Jo Stevens and her team, Wednesday (7/02/2024), located in the room guest of the Rector, Udayana University Rectorate Building.
The meeting discussed Udayana University's collaboration with various higher education institutions in Australia, and special collaboration between the Australian government through the Australian Consulate General in Bali, namely the establishment of Aussie Corner which has been in place since 2017. The Australian Consul General conveyed many things that could be collaborated with Udayana University in the future. in the future, and hopes to develop cooperation in various fields facilitated by the Consulate General in Bali.
In this meeting, the Rector said that many Udayana University lecturers are also graduates of various well-known universities in Australia, and Udayana University also has an International Advisory Board (IAB) in which there are two Professors from Australia who are members of the IAB. The Rector also invited the Australian Consul General, Ms Jo Stevens, to attend Udayana University to give a public lecture for the Unud academic community.
