Udayana University (Unud) has collaborated with Triatma Mulya University (Untrim) which was marked by the signing of an MoU by both parties at the Chancellor's Room, Triatma Mulya Campus, Dalung, Wednesday (13/12/2023). On this occasion the Rector of Unud was represented by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, and the Head of the UPT Library of Unud was also present. As a follow-up to the MoU, on the same occasion a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) was also signed between the Head of UPT Unud Library and the Head of Untrim Library.

Rector of Triatma Mulya University Dr. I Ketut Putra Suarthana in his speech said that the collaboration that would be carried out would certainly be very good for improving our quality and quality. He expressed his gratitude for the trust given by Unud so that today the MoU was signed. He hopes that this collaboration can be followed up in the future. What we need to collaborate on will of course be followed up through the Untrim cooperation section.

"Of course what we are doing now is for our mutual progress, so this collaboration will definitely be mutually beneficial, there will definitely be benefits even though we are from the private sector but it will also play a big role in education," said the Rector of Untrim.

Vice Rector III Untrim Dr. I Ketut Sutapa added that so far his party has received a lot of assistance and indirectly collaborated with Unud, where most recently, two years ago, Untrim students were able to take part in the WMK (Free Entrepreneurship) program held by Unud. After this MoU is signed, of course more offers will be accepted. Regarding the cooperation signed today, it is certainly the basis for us to be able to move together, especially in the field of Tridharma and specifically related to libraries.

"We are aware that our library is still very limited, both physically and in the number of books, especially journals, while the current demands are very large, also the resources we have are still limited, with the hope that in the future we will also gain knowledge from Udayana, especially the already large library so especially library friends can also be more empowered," he said.

Meanwhile, Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika in his speech said that institutionally a large MoU already exists, namely between Unud and the Association of Private Universities (APTISI) which has been signed at the Sudirman Campus. Of course, the party also happily welcomed the creation of a more specific MoU through special collaboration between Unud and Triatma Mulya University. Unud holds a big moral responsibility, for how together all state and private universities in Bali collaborate in the context of developing our human resources in their respective environments, also in the context of our task of developing human resources in Bali. Unud also opens up opportunities for collaboration in various fields.

Through this MoU, it will also open up opportunities for collaboration between Triatma Mulya University and partner universities owned by Unud, both in terms of research, student exchanges and others through recommendations provided by Unud. Specifically with libraries, of course we can share information and share the resources we have. Indeed, Udayana is currently building a library which is in progress.

"As long as the regulations allow, please collaborate regarding existing resources, both for students and others," said the Vice Rector.

The Vice Rector also believes that this collaboration will definitely make a contribution to both parties. He also reminded that the MoU and PKS that were signed must have activities to implement them.
