78 Udayana University Collaboration Partners Attend the 2023 Collaboration Monitoring and Evaluation Implementation

Udayana University (Unud) through the Cooperation and Public Relations section carried out the 2023 Cooperation Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev), which took place at the Truntum Hotel, Wednesday (25/10/23). The implementation of this collaboration monitoring and evaluation was attended by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. Dr. Dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes, Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Faculties, Postgraduates, Institutions, RSPTN, and International Affairs Office. Meanwhile, the number of cooperation partners present was 78 cooperation partners from government agencies, universities, state-owned companies and the private sector.

Chair of 2023 Collaboration Monitoring and Evaluation, Dra. Luh Putu Eswaryanti Kusuma Yuni, M.Sc., Ph.D in her report said that the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of Unud's collaboration with partners for 2023 was carried out in two methods, namely the first through filling out monitoring and evaluation instruments, and a satisfaction survey of collaboration partners in the form of The Google Form coordinated by the Monev Team for each work unit partner, both domestic and foreign, has been implemented since the beginning of October 2023, and the second is implemented directly on Wednesday, 25 October 2023.

During the implementation of this monev, each work unit within Udayana University presented 3-5 collaboration partners from government agencies, the private sector and universities in the province of Bali. The collaboration time period evaluated is activities carried out in the last 3 years, namely from 2021-2023. The results of this Monev will later be recapitulated, analyzed and presented in the form of a 2023 Udayana University Collaboration Monitoring and Evaluation report.

Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information Prof. Dr. Dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes, at the opening of the monitoring and evaluation event, expressed his gratitude for the presence of the cooperation partners who had taken the time to attend to fulfill the invitation for the monitoring and evaluation directly.

It was further stated that currently Udayana University has 427 domestic collaborations including with the central government, regional, private, state/private universities, and BUMN. Meanwhile, there are 204 MoUs in cooperation with foreign countries, dominated by the ASEAN+ region (China and Korea), Japan, Australia, America and Europe. The large number of collaborations that have been carried out originate from various Faculties, Postgraduate Schools, Institutions and other Work Units who have made contacts both individually and institutionally which ended in formal collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The implementation of monitoring and evaluation of this collaboration aims to obtain feedback for the implementation of work programs that are ongoing or have ended, to find out to what extent the collaboration program has been implemented by work units within Udayana University with various related partners. The hope is that by knowing to what extent the implementation of this collaboration program has been carried out, the results can be used to improve the quality and quantity of activities that will be carried out next by various work units within the University. Hopefully the various efforts made in implementing cooperation between both parties can provide benefits and can improve our performance together.
