Improving Proposal Quality, Udayana University Holds Training for Internal Reviewers, Supervisors, and 2024 PKM Students

Udayana University (Unud) through the Student Affairs Bureau held Training for Internal Reviewers, Training for Supervisors, and Training for Students Participating in the Student Creativity Program (PKM) for Submission of Proposals in 2024 at the Nusantara Room Agrocomplex Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, Saturday (26/08/2023).

This training activity presented speakers Suherman, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. who delivered material related to the PKM Internal Review Proposal Training for internal reviewers; Training for PKM Proposal Supervisors and Guidance Strategies for Each PKM Scheme for supervisors; as well as PKM Scheme material, Strategies for Developing PKM Proposals to Pass Funding, and Collaboration and Teamwork in PKM for students.

Chairman of the Center for Creativity and Student Achievement Unud Dr. Drs. I Wayan Santiyasa, M.Sc. on this occasion said that the implementation of this training activity was carried out in order to improve the quality of PKM proposals in 2024. He said that there were several weaknesses in previous years, namely the first was the quality of proposals from students, second was the role of supervising lecturers, and third was the internal review process carried out, so this time training was carried out on these three things.

Furthermore, the Head of the Center for Creativity and Student Achievement of Udayana University hopes that in 2024 the PKM proposals submitted from Udayana University will pass funding of more than 10 percent.

Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana said that the implementation of this activity is of course to increase student participation to participate in making PKM proposals, internal reviewers have the qualifications to screen proposals that come from students so that more quality PKM proposals come from students.
