Vice Rector for Student Affairs at Udayana University Releases 7 Ormawa 2023 PPK Teams to the Village

Udayana University (Unud) through the Student Affairs Bureau held a Workshop and Release of PPK Ormawa 2023 taking place in the Hall Room of the Postgraduate Building, Sudirman Campus Denpasar, on 8 and 9 July 2023. The workshop presented speakers from Belmawa namely Prof. Dr. Parmin, S.Pd., M.Pd with debriefing material and a review of the 2023 Ormawa PPK implementation plan and Focus Group Discussions towards ABDI DAYA 2023.

This workshop aims to provide training to PPK Ormawa 2023 participants before they go down to the village. Each group was given a strategy for implementing the 2023 Ormawa PPK towards the 2023 Abdidaya Award. As for the evaluation in 2022 that the Ormawa PPK had problems including the weak implementation team in filling in the logbook, mandatory outputs and additional outputs had not been achieved optimally during the Implementation Progress Assessment (PKP), Field Monev findings that are different from PKP and several other things.

Therefore, through this workshop, the strategy and commitment of all parties, be it the implementing team, Ormawa, Associate Lecturers, Universities and Partners, were made. Through this workshop, these problems were also discussed and strategies were made towards the 2023 Abdidaya Award.

Committee Chairman Ir. I Nyoman Budiastra M.Kes in his report said that out of 26 proposals from the Ormawa Group, 14 were proposed and 7 of the Ormawa groups passed funding. And a debriefing workshop has been held towards the 2023 Abdidaya Award. The areas or villages that will be implemented by the Ormawa PPK are Karya Sari Village/Subdistrict, Pupuan District, Tabanan Regency, Gunaksa Dawan Village, Klungkung Bali, Selat Village, Sukasada Buleleng Bali, Kusamba Dawan Village, Klungkung Bali, Br . Yeh Panes Songan B Kintamani Bangli Bali, and Pejeng Kangin Village, Tampak Siring District, Gianyar Bali.

After the workshop was carried out with the provision of this strategy, the 7 Ormawa 2023 PPK groups who passed the funding were released to the village to carry out the 2023 Ormawa PPK program according to the plan and timeline that had been made.

The release of the 2023 Ormawa PPK to the Village was carried out on Sunday 9 July 2023 at the Postgraduate Building Hall of the Sudirman Campus Denpasar where it was released directly by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs Unud Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana.
