Udayana University Holds Development of Character Education Learning in Higher Education

Udayana University (Unud) through the Student Affairs Bureau carried out Character Education Learning Development activities in Higher Education at the Nation Room, Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Wednesday (05/07/2023). Participants in this activity were students who received affirmation scholarships.

Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his remarks said that the implementation of this activity was of course in order to improve or develop the character of students so that they become individuals with character, morality, toughness, love for the motherland, and so on. This is important, because students as the younger generation are the successors and leaders of the nation in the future.

Indonesia is a large country with a demographic bonus, but if the human resources are of low quality, it will be difficult for the country to progress. It will be different if it is supported by good quality human resources, Indonesia can even become a superpower country in the future.

The Vice Rector also said that this year the management of ADik scholarships at Udayana University won 1st place at the national level. Of course, it is hoped that next year there will not only be ADik scholarships, but also other scholarships so that many things need to be fixed.
