Meeting on Drafting the Receiving and Expenditures Budget Plans of Udayana University Year 2016

Denpasar - in order to strengthen a strategic plan in 2016, Udayana University held a meeting on Drafting the Receiving and expenditures Budget Plans year 2016 in Meeting Room, the 4th Floor of Collective Laboratories, Sudirman Campus on July 3, 2015.

Begun with a reporting speech of committee chairman, Mr. I Gusti Gunartha,S.Sos, the event was then opened by Rector of Udayana University, Prof.Dr.dr. KetutSuastika, Sp.PD.KEMD. He said that the development of education in globalization era was so rapid that the good plan should be in line with the development and competitiveness. A strategic plan for producing the right program is needed in order to meet the main vision and mission of the University that are preeminent, independent,  and cultured. Udayana University has had a strategic plan for years 2015-2019 as the basis of autonomy and good organization of institution in 2016, achievement of the excellent institution accreditation in 2017, and creation of a World Class University in 2027. The objectives of the strategic plan are: 

  1. To produce qualified graduates who have high competence in the mastery of science and technology.
  2. To Increase the capacity of the university in providing access to educational services to the society.
  3. To develop a good and healthy university management through optimization of the role of the organs of organization in accordance with the BLU principles.
  4. To cooperate in various fields to improve the quality of Tri Dharma PerguruanTinggi.
  5. To produce qualified, relevant, and competitive researches that keep up with the science and technology development for the sake of national and international scientific publications and patents for society needs

Present as speakers are: Prof Dr. drh. I Made Damriyasa, MS (Vice Rector I), Prof Dr. Ir. I Ketut Budi susrusa, MS (Vice Rector II),  Dr. I Nyoman Suyatna, SH., MH (Vice Rector III), and Prof Drs. I Made Suastra, Ph.D (Vice Rector IV). Each speaker respectively concerned with  the development policies of academics and planning affairs, public administration and finance affairs, student affairs, and cooperation and information system affairs,  moderated by Prof. Dr. Ir. I GedeMahardika, MS.

The presentation was delivered in front of invitees: Post Graduates Directors, Deans, Bureau Chiefs, Heads of Study Programs, Heads of institutional units, Heads of Departments, and Annual Work Plan and Budget Drafting Teams. This meeting suggested that all Heads concerned in the University should be able to know and implement the strategic plans for year 2015-2019. (NE)
