Klungkung Regent Officially Closes Paksebali Village Paralegal Training Organized by Bina Desa Students, Faculty of Law, Udayana University and CES Legal Aid Institute

As a form of collaboration with the Bali Provincial Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Cakra Eka Sudarsana Legal Aid Foundation (CES), Law Faculty students at Udayana University (FH Unud) who took part in the MBKM Bina Desa program in Paksebali Village successfully held Paksebali Village Paralegal Training 2023 for three days on June 9, 16 and 17 2023 at the Paksebali Village Office, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency.

The training with the theme "Training Paralegals as Frontline Guards in Realizing the Principle of Equality Before the Law for Village Communities" was held as a form of service that can be given by Bina Desa Paksebali Students of FH Unud to Paksebali Village.

The training, which was held for three days with a total of 13 participants, was filled in by presenters who were extension workers and practitioners from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Bali Province and the Cakra Eka Sudarsana Legal Aid Foundation (CES) with material which of course has referred to and is guided by the Guidelines for Organizing Paralegal Education and Training Number PHN-53.HN.04.03 of 2021.

The Regent of Klungkung Regency, I Nyoman Suwirta, S.Pd., M.M. who was also present at this Paralegal Training activity also gave a speech, he expressed his appreciation and support for the implementation of this activity because he had tried to educate and provide knowledge and understanding of law to the people in Paksebali Village.

After closing the 2023 Paksebali Village Paralegal Training activity, the Regent of Klungkung also handed over a Certificate of Appreciation to the Bali Provincial Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Cakra Eka Sudarsana Legal Aid Institute Foundation, and Paksebali Village as a form of appreciation and attention in supporting the implementation of Paksebali Village Paralegal Training activities 2023.
