Develop Cooperation in the Pharmaceutical Sector, Udayana University and PT. SwipeRX Signs Memorandum of Understanding

Jimbaran - Udayana University (Unud) started a collaboration with PT. SwipeRX which was marked by the signing of an MoU between the Rector of Udayana University who in this case was represented by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, M.Kes, with the Director of PT. SwipeRX Oscar Ronald, located in the Nation Room Lt. 3 Rectorate Building, Campus of Udayana University, Bukit Jimbaran, Tuesday (23/05/23).

Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information of Unud Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika on this occasion said that with the existence of an MoU between Unud and PT. It is hoped that SwipeRX will have a mutually beneficial impact for both parties, for Udayana University, especially the Pharmacy Study Program, and the Pharmacist Profession who will be directly involved in pharmaceutical activities, so that they can support learning at the undergraduate level and the pharmacist profession program.

With the concept of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) it will be the backbone and umbrella for collaboration with Swipe RX in supporting the performance of the Tri Darma of Higher Education through curriculum development activities, community service, and teaching practitioners, so that Udayana University IKU achievements are achieved as targeted.

Director of PT. SwipeRX Oscar Ronald welcomed this collaborative activity, hoping that it could support continuing education activities at Unud, especially contributions to pharmaceutical staff. SwipeRx is an online platform for pharmacies in Indonesia, which is here to facilitate the process of procuring drug supplies and pharmacy needs through 1 online application. Currently, the SwipeRX application is used by 125 thousand users, and 45 thousand of them are pharmacists.

The collaboration carried out between Udayana University and PT SwipeRX is based on the Higher Education Tri Darma program which can be implemented in apprenticeship programs, research, and even scientific publications with digital media owned by PT SwipeRX. It is hoped that in the future this collaboration can be utilized by all stakeholders at Udayana University.
