Udayana University Conducts PDDikti Evaluation and Reporting Assistance
In order to improve the performance of reporting on student activities at PDDikti to support BKD SISTER services for Odd Semester 2022/2023, Udayana University (Unud) carried out PDDikti evaluation and reporting assistance activities at the Postgraduate Hall, Campus Sudirman Denpasar, Thursday (26/1/2023). This activity was attended by the Coordinating Study Program with SIMAK Operators and the Curriculum Team with resource persons from the USDI Team and the Academic Team.
Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja said that this activity was to jointly find solutions to the obstacles experienced by operators regarding SISTER BKD. Many questions arise regarding PDDikti and SISTER BKD problems, and through this activity we are looking for solutions. This is to facilitate the lecturer's performance because we have to fill in the SISTER BKD because all performance must be recorded there starting from the portfolio to updating the data. Various processes related to lecturer career development are all in SISTER BKD.
SISTER BKD will also help Lecturers meet the requirements to take part in Serdos and promotion to a grand design from the Ministry. This SISTER application is designed to be integrated or connected directly to the Dikti Data Base (PDDikti). This is to help lecturers simplify their tasks, which were previously done manually then in PDDikti and SISTER which are now SISTER BKD which synchronize this. The problems that occur related to this we discuss through this activity. There are three units that will be involved in this, namely Academic, HR and USDI. We will explore starting from the SIMAK Prodi operators because the crucial stages are there, bearing in mind that not all operators understand the performance of the Lecturers so they have to be accompanied by the Coordinating Study Programs for validation.
This is where we sit together to hear the existing complaints, where we only have a little time to maximize the recorded data and bring it up in SISTER BKD. We will also recruit BKD assessors who will validate these data because we still lack BKD assessors. He hopes that the existing constraints can be unraveled and resolved so that the data is cleaner and better recorded, then after PDDikti it can be synchronized at SISTER BKD. Participants should listen to the explanations given and discuss as much as possible.
In the material presented by the resource person, there are two important things that must be done, namely for lecturers to check their teaching history on the PDDikti portal and SIMAK operators to check and update AKM data on SIMAK and feeders which will then be synchronized by the higher education admin. The materials and discussions that were carried out can also be watched again on Udayana TV's YouTube.
