The Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia Conducts Monitoring of the Implementation of Foreign Service Travel at Udayana University

Representatives from the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia held a Coordination Meeting and monitoring of the 2022 Overseas Service Travel System (SIMPEL) at Udayana University (Unud). Representatives consisting of the Ministry of State Secretariat Team, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Consultants were received by the Head of the Academic, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau together with the Cooperation and Public Relations Coordinator, and the Foreign Cooperation Sub-Coordinator at the Bahasa Room of the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Tuesday (27/ 12/2022).

Head of Unud Academic, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau Drs. IGN Indra Kecapa, M.Ed on this occasion expressed his appreciation for the presence of the Team and hoped that the assignment in Bali could be carried out well and smoothly. The Head of the Academic, Cooperation, and Public Relations Bureau also expects directions and guidance on how to achieve the proper administration process. This Monev is really needed to find out the obstacles that can still be communicated so that in the future the management of Foreign Service Travel and services can be improved. Through this opportunity the Head of the Academic, Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau also expressed appreciation for the collaboration so far and has been assisted and launched the proposed document process submitted.

The representative of the Eban Haesar Team said that Unud had done quite well in carrying out Foreign Service Travels and was more orderly. Through this opportunity, his party will share and explain a little about the Overseas Service Travel policy and system development where this system continues to develop according to what is needed.
