Equal Perceptions, General Bureau Holds Technical Guidance for SAKTI Application Operators
The General Bureau through the State Property (BMN) section of Udayana University held Technical Guidance for SAKTI Application Operators (Institution Level Financial Application System) which was held for 3 days from 5 to 7 October 2022 at Padma Resort Legian Kuta.
The technical guidance was officially opened by the Head of the General Bureau of Unud Ni Made Pertami Susilawati S.E.,M.M. and followed by SAKTI operators at Udayana University and also SAKTI operators from other universities in Bali, namely Undiksha.
The Institution Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) is an application that is used as a means for the satker to support the implementation of SPAN to perform financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The Institution Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) covers the entire process of managing state finances in the SATKER starting from the process of Budgeting, Implementation, to Reporting.
In his remarks, the Head of the General Bureau, Ni Made Pertami Susilawati, said that the implementation of the SAKTI Bimtek was aimed at providing understanding, training and sharing perceptions for SAKTI Operators. For this reason, Udayana University presents resource persons who are competent in managing this application from the Denpasar State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), namely Ni Putu Aryanti Kamadeni (Executor of the Sector Management and Internal Compliance Section) and Eka Dani Saputra (Executor of the Verification and Accounting Section).
SAKTI integrates all existing satker applications. Has main functions from planning, implementation to budget accountability. In addition, SAKTI applies the concept of a single database. The SAKTI application is used by accounting entities and reporting entities of State Ministries/Institutions. All transactions of accounting entities and reporting entities are carried out electronically.
By implementing BIMTEK for 3 days, it is expected to be able to overcome the problems that exist in each work unit.
