International Advisory Board of Udayana University Held First Meeting

Udayana University (Unud) through the Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M) held "The 1st Annual Meeting of Udayana University International Advisory Board" which took place online via Zoom Meeting, Friday (23/09/2022).

The International Advisory Board (IAB) was initiated by the Rector of Udayana University as part of the Internationalization of Udayana University and aims to make Udayana University a world-class university. With the formation of the International Advisory Board, it is hoped that later members can provide critical advice to Udayana University to increase recognition and expand networks at the international level.

This IAB aims to support the achievement of the vision of Udayana University; Superior, Independent, and Cultured through the mechanism of providing advice or consultation by IAB members, and providing advice and input on the development of the Unud strategic plan. In addition, to help expand Unud's network at the international level, recommend experts, community leaders, or experts involved to increase Unud's contribution to the international community, and assist efforts to expand fundraising capacity to achieve Udayana University's global vision.

The International Advisory Board consists of 13 members, namely: Prof. Kadambot Siddique (The University of Westerns mAustralia), Prof. Harry W. Palm (Rostock University, Germany), Prof. Fusanori Miura (Yamaguchi University, Japan), Prof. Guy H. Palmer (Washington State University), Prof. Farhad Ansari (University of Illinois Chicago, USA), Prof. Frederik Anseel (UNSW Australia), Prof. Mohamed Quafafou (Aix-Marseilles University, France), Prof. Osamu Matsushita (Okayama University, Japan), Prof. Adrian Vickers (The University of Sydney), Prof. Elkhonon Goldberg (New York University School of Medicine), Prof. I Gede Mahardika (Udayana University, Bali), Prof. Ketut Suastika (Udayana University, Bali), Prof. Ketut Budi Susrusa (Udayana University, Bali).

I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU, said that on behalf of Udayana University I would like to thank you profusely for the willingness and voluntary commitment of the members to join as IAB Members of Udayana University to expand access and contribution of Udayana University to the global community. The first meeting of the IAB is a very important milestone in Udayana University's journey to international. Unud does not yet have sufficient experience in the development and management of international standard institutions, so to prepare for the internationalization of Unud, the International Advisory Board (IAB) was formed as a forum and media for experts who care about U.S. who voluntarily provide advice and guidance to Unud to further enhance its role. in overcoming global problems towards Udayana University World Class University. With the formation of IAB, every contribution from IAB members is extraordinary for Udayana University's future journey.
