Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Unud Holds the 13th Badan Kekeluargaan
The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Udayana University held the 13th FISIP Badan Kekeluargaan (BK) event at the 4th Floor FISIP Auditorium, Sudirman Campus, Tuesday (28/6/2022). The activity began with a flag ceremony in front of the FISIP building area, then continued with celebrations and gatherings.
The activity was attended by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, the Dean and Vice Dean of FISIP, staff, and students. Also present were the founder and initiator of FISIP Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. I Made Bakta, SP.PD (KHOM). This year's BK FISIP carries the theme "Creativity at Work in the Collaborative Era" with four series of activities which will be held on 22-28 June 2022.
The chairman of the committee, Richard Togaranta Ginting, S.Sos., M.Hum said, the series of activities consisted of leisure walks and competitions between the academic community (FISIP Sport Day), donation of basic necessities and stationery to orphanages (FISIP Sharing), blood donation (FISIP Blood Donor), and the highlight event. The highlight of the celebration was marked by the cutting of the cone and entertainment performances from student representatives.
Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, MT., PhD expressed his hope for FISIP Unud to be more advanced and successful. "I congratulate the 13th BK FISIP, I hope FISIP will be more successful, more successful in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and other activities of course," he said.
Dean of FISIP Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M.Si hopes that with age, FISIP will be more advanced in contributing to the nation and state. The Dean of FISIP added that currently FISIP is preparing to open a master's study program in sociology and political science. In addition, his party is preparing to open an undergraduate study program in the field of library science and technology science.
“Hopefully this 6 months or one semester can be realized, FISIP can have two master programs and one study program in the field of library and science. Hopefully in the future FISIP can be victorious and compete with FISIP-FISIP in Indonesia," added the Dean.
