Udayana University Holds Effective Communication Workshop "Towards Information Openness and Internationalization of Udayana University"
The Udayana University Spokesperson Team held a Workshop on Effective Communication Towards Information Openness and Internationalization, 20-21 May 2022 at Aston Kuta Bali. This workshop was attended by the Rector, Vice Rector for Cooperation and Information Planning, the Chairperson of the Rector's Spokesperson, and the Speakers.
Participants came from lecturers and education staff from the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS) as well as website and publication managers at Udayana University. The workshop was also attended by journalists from various media in Bali as participants.
Rector of Udayana University Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara appreciated the implementation of the workshop to improve HR competence in carrying out its role as a communication bridge between Udayana University and the community.
The Rector hopes that Udayana University will be closer to the community through qualified human resources in communicating with the public and managing information publications. Furthermore, according to the Rector, increasing this competence is one of Udayana University's efforts in organizing information disclosure and internationalization at Udayana University.
Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika said that participants were given training in order to improve the quality of performance in the field of publication and communication, so that information management could run well.
The first day of the workshop was filled by resource person A.A. The wife of Putri Dwijayanti, M.I.Kom (LSPR Bali) and Sang Ayu Isnu Maharani, S.S., M.Hum (Chairman of Language Center Udayana University). The second day resource persons were Ni Nyoman Clara Listya Dewi (FISIP Udayana University Alumni, Story Teller and National Geographic Explorer) and Gede Bayu Rahanatha (Udayana University Lecturer, Communication Practitioner).
