Udayana University Holds Socialization and Workshop on Preparation of Activity Proposals
Udayana University through the Student Affairs Bureau held a Socialization and Activity Proposal Preparation Workshop which was carried out online through Cisco Webex. Thursday, (7/4/2022).
This socialization was opened by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, MT., Ph.D., IPU. as well as attending this activity were the Vice Deans for Student Affairs, USCC Chair and Secretary, Chair and Secretary of the Student Reasoning Unit, Chair and Secretary of the Ormawa Development Unit, UKM Trustees, Chair of DPM and BEM Udayana University, Chair of Faculty DPM and BEM, Chair of the Student Association Undergraduate Study Program, and Head of the Autonomous Art Agency.
Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his speech said that this activity is the development of soft skills from students and the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy where students will be able to grow a sense of care for the community in the village, and from the proposal it is hoped that later on how students can contribute to improving the quality of the organization student affairs and how to learn from the activities of this student organization in the community.
The Vice Rector on this occasion also hopes for all UKM, Student Associations, as well as executive and legislative institutions in student affairs to participate in learning how to make proposals, submit them, and compete at the national level. After receiving funding, it is hoped that the Udayana Student Creative Center (USCC) will be able to provide assistance so that PKM and PPK Ormawa are also in equal positions. If later they can enter the PIMNAS level competition and get medals, Udayana University will provide extraordinary incentives to students. He thanked Dr. Ir. I Ketut Sardiana, M.Sc. as a resource person in this activity, hopefully it can equip students so that they have a better understanding of student activities that lead to achievement.
