The Rector of Udayana University Receives the Audience of the Head of the Bali Province BNN

Rector of Udayana University Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara accompanied by a spokesman for Unud received an audience from the Head of the Bali Province BNN and his staff at the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Tuesday (12/10/2021).

The head of the Bali Province BNN, Brigadier General. Pol. Drs. Gde Sugianyar Dwi Putra, S.H., M.Sc. conveyed the purpose of this hearing in the context of coordination to realize a Shining Campus (Clean Drugs) including forming anti-drug activists, volunteers, and regulations that support prevention programs in the drug sector. On this occasion also expressed gratitude to Udayana University for making one of the requirements for new students who are accepted to have a Drug Free Certificate. He added that the Narcotics problem is not purely an approach through law enforcement alone, but must be prioritized on preventive and rehabilitative actions.

Rector of Unud Prof. In this meeting, I Nyoman Gde Antara said that Udayana University was committed to coordinating with each other with the National Narcotics Agency, especially in drug prevention measures. Through the visit of the Head of the Bali Province BNN and his staff, it is hoped that this will strengthen the cooperation that has been previously established between the Bali Provincial BNN and Udayana University.
