Bank Mandiri Ready to Support Smart Campus Program at Udayana University

Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Sundara, Four Season Resort - Jimbaran, a friendly event was held between Udayana University and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.

The purpose of holding this activity is to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions. The friendly event was attended directly by the leadership of Udayana University, including the Rector of Udayana University (Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng. IPU.), Vice Rector for Academic Affairs (Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, MP), Vice Rector for Student Affairs (Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, MT, Ph.D., IPU.), and Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation & Information (Prof. Dr. dr. I Putu Gede Adiatmika , M.Kes). Meanwhile, from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, Bank Mandiri's Vice President of Government & Institutional 1 Group (Dadang Ramadhan) and Regional CEO of Bank Mandiri Region XI Bali and Nusa Tenggara (Hendra Wahyudi) and their staff were present.

Starting his speech, Hendra Wahyudi congratulated the inauguration of the Rector and the elected Vice Rectors of Udayana University. On this occasion, Hendra Wahyudi also emphasized that PT Bank Mandiri Tbk will always support the performance of the elected leadership to realize the vision of Udayana University. As a form of commitment to the support referred to, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk will further assist the realization of campus digitization within the Udayana University through the Smart Campus Program. Taking into account the improving economic conditions in Bali, Hendra Wahyudi is optimistic that the collaboration between Udayana University and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk will run effectively for mutual progress.

Responding to this, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng. IPU. then expressed appreciation and great hope from the University for the cooperation program that exists between PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk and Udayana University. The Smart Campus program which aims to realize campus digitalization is believed to be able to help facilitate all student needs in campus life in the pandemic era. Despite being in a pandemic condition, Prof.Dr.Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng. IPU. also feels optimistic that the cooperation between Udayana University and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk will run effectively. Considering that in the 2020-2021 period, Udayana University still proves to be prospective. In order to strengthen the cooperation, Prof.Dr.Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng.IPU. then emphasized that Udayana University would fully support all business plans of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, including facilitating the construction of a branch office of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk in the Jimbaran campus area. Ending his speech, Prof.Dr.Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng.IPU then invited PT Bank Mandiri Tbk to jointly carry out fresh graduate recruitment for junior staff by taking a place at Udayana University.

On the same occasion, representatives from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk Region XI Bali and Nusa Tenggara were also given space to convey a detailed description of the smart campus program to the leadership of Udayana University. Through this submission, it is known that the smart campus program ultimately helps facilitate transaction methods within Udayana University.
