Four Study Programs at Udayana University Participate in AUN-QA Field Assessment
The AUN-QA Field Assessment of the Four Study Programs at Udayana University takes place online through the Zoom Meeting application, Monday (31/5/2021). The four study programs that were assessed were English Literature Study Program, Development Economics Study Program, Mechanical Engineering Study Program and Veterinary Medicine Study Program. The assessment process took place in a closed manner and the opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of Udayana University, Chair of the Senate, Vice Rectors, Heads of Bureau, Head of Institutions, Heads of Faculties and Postgraduate Programs along with Koorprodi, USDI, KUI and the Task Force Team, while from AUN who attended, namely AUN- QA Council Members, Chief Assessor, AUN Executive Directors and Assessor.
Rector of Unud Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi hopes that by participating in the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA), Udayana University can improve its quality and expand cooperation between universities in ASEAN and its surroundings. By participating in the AUN certification, Udayana University allows Udayana University to benefit through collaborative learning, research and educational programs among AUN-QA members.
The AUN-QA system perfectly meets the needs of higher education institutions, whose main goal is to achieve the Expected Learning Outcome (ELO) of these programs. The AUN-QA system requires that all parts of the university system must be run simultaneously under a systematic internal quality assurance system. Therefore, Udayana University plans to adopt and implement the AUN-QA system. The Rector also hopes that through hard work all study programs can gradually adopt and enforce the AUN-QA system.
