Collaboration Holds Workshop, The Rector of Udayana University Receives Audience of PPLPI General Chair
The Rector of Udayana University Prof. AA Raka Sudewi accompanied by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance received an audience from the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Education Laboratory Institution Association (PPLPI) H Sofyan, S.Si, M.Si and General Secretary Andi Udin S Guaranty, S.TP, M.Pt along with other administrators took place at the Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, Thursday (22/10/2020).
PPLPI is a professional organization for Educational Laboratory Institutions (PLP) that accommodates 5,823 PLP functional people and more than 10,000 non-civil servant laboratory assistants, technicians and instructors who work in Higher and Middle Education laboratories whose existence must be bridged through the PPLPI professional organization. As a forum for PLP, PPLPI will carry out a National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) as mandated in the organization's AD ART to be implemented every year which will find solutions to these problems so that the obligations and rights of its members can be fulfilled properly.
The General Chairperson of the PPLPI conveyed that this audience was related to the PPLPI 5th National Working Meeting which was linked to a workshop with the theme Increasing the Role of Education Personnel in Advancing Careers in a New Normal Order Period. The activity was carried out directly in Bali as a form of PPLPI participation in the recovery of Bali tourism as a safe meeting place. Rakernas participants are limited by complying with health protocols which will also be transmitted online to other administrators who are not present.
The workshop was attended by 50 Tendik functions from PLP, Librarian, Archivist, Job Analysis, and other tendik functions, face-to-face and more than 1000 other people online through online media. Through this hearing the General Chairperson of the PPLPI hoped for support and assistance in the implementation of the National Working Meeting and the Chancellor's willingness to officially open and become one of the presenters.
The Rector of Udayana University Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi on the occasion gave his appreciation for the activities to be carried out and welcomed the activities in question. Regarding the implementation of activities, the Rector asked to immediately submit an official letter and coordinate with the Covid-19 Task Force.
