The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Releases 26 Masters and Bachelor Graduate Candidates

Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Udayana University held Masters and Bachelor yudisium of Veterinary Medicine on Thursday (23/05/2019) in Nusantara Room of  Agrokomplek Building, Sudirman Campus, Udayana University. This Yudisium was attended by 25 graduates candidates from the Bachelor program and one candidate graduate from the Masters program.

This time the Yudisium is different from usual because it is not followed by candidate who graduated from professional program. "There is currently no graduation for the professional program," explained the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. drh. I Nengah Kerta Besung, M.Sc.

He also said that until the Yudisium period this May the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine had released graduated candidate as many as 60 people for the Bachelor program and 10 people for Masters program. "It is expected that until September there will be around 100 to 120 people released from S1 program so it will be balanced between those who graduates and new students who will enter S1," he continued.

The Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine also hopes that graduates candidate from  Bachelor program proceed to professional programs. "From undergraduate programs, they have not been given the opportunity for a job, but required to continue to professional programs so that they can hold the title of veterinarian," he explained

The professional program for S1 will be reopened in September in the odd semester period. Within a year there are 2 times for the opening of the professional program and the opening will take part in  semester period, odd semester in September and even semester in February. "Thus who graduate in March and this May can only enter in the period of September." Continued the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the end of the interview.
