In the context of UTBK 2019 which was held for the first time on April 13, 2019. Udayana University had done all preparations carefully. Deputy Chancellor of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng. said in terms of the committee to support the implementation of UTBK activities involving no less than 1,000 committees in total as supervisors, server admin, administration, consumption, security, and so on. Then also 1045 computers have been deployed in several places including Bukit Jimbaran, Sudirman and Pulau Nias campus. Then on the ISI Denpasar campus and on Bali State Polytechnic campus.
At UTBK 2019, Udayana University also cooperates with two other partners to work together making this activity succeed. UTBK 2019 Public Relations, I Made Budi Astrawan, S.Kom., MM. said that for UTBK this year Udayana University work together with two partners outside. One of them is Bali State Polytechnic with a capacity of 375 units and the second is ISI Denpasar that has taken place today. He also hope that in the future Udayana University can increase its computer units so that they no longer use partners in order to make the coordination easier.
On this first day, UTBK 2019 ran smoothly without significant obstacles. According to the information from the person in charge of the location of Bali State Polytechnic, Prof.Dr.dr. I Putu Adiatmika, M.Kes. said there is no obstacle so far in general. To overcome the problem we have urged the participants to come one day early to see this location so they can come on time.
UTBK 2019 Public Relations also added, related to the problem, Udayana University had overcome it. In addition, if there are participants who do not carry a participant card, they will be helped to reprint the participant's card so that the problem can be overcome.
