UDAYANA UNIVERSITY AND ASIA EXCHANGE, FINLAND Celebrate 10 YEARS OF COOPERATION

Badung - Thursday (31/1) at Bangsa Room Rectorat Building, Udayana University, Rector of Udayana University, represented by Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, SH., M.Hum, opened the Orientation and Ten-Years Cooperation Anniversary of BIPAS and Asia Exchange.

This "Bali International Program of Asian Studies" Program (BIPAS) is one of the largest programs at Udayana University and the implementation of the program from year to year has been well organized and is in great demand by international students, especially from Europe. In his speech, he conveyed that this collaboration was a great achievement for Udayana University. It is expected that the BIPAS program will continue and bring more students to Udayana University in the coming years.

In the ten years of this collaboration, the Chairperson of the Udayana University BIPAS Program Dr. Drs. I Made Rajeg, M. Hum stated that there was an increase in the number of BIPAS students since the start of the BIPAS program in 2009.

Dean of the Faculty of Culture Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Sutjiati Beratha, M. A, as dean of the faculty that organizing the BIPAS program hopes that all BIPAS students can enjoy the beauty of Bali and the hospitality of its residents, with a note that they keep prioritizing lectures. Prof. Sutjiati also reminded that all BIPAS students adhere to the rules applied by the university in following the prescribed learning process.

The orientation program which was attended by 102 BIPAS students also used as celebration the ten years of the collaboration between Udayana University and the Asia Exchange. The celebration was marked by the cutting of tumpeng by the Vice Rector of Udayana University, Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Udayana University, Chair of the BIPAS Program at Udayana University, the Asia Exchange Co-Founder, and the Finnish Ambassador for Indonesia.
