IndonesiaOperational Training of SIMAYA and SILUNA Udayana University
Bukit Jimbaran, (23/6/2016) In the framework preparation of the work plan and budget (RKAT) unit of the fiscal year 2017 and budget plan, BAPSI (Bureau of Planning Administration Information System) cooperation with USDI (Unit of Information Resources) conduct the operational training of SILUNA (Information Systems of Solutions Planning) and SIMAYA (Information systems of Acceptance wealth) in order to strengthen the system method that will be used later as a basis for determining all planning in UNUD.
This training is scheduled ongoing for two days (June 23, 2016 - June 24, 2016) with the different participants for each day.The event starts at 9:30 pm located at 3rd Floor Courtroom Nation Building Rector of Udayan University
The event was opened by Vice Rector 1, Prof. Dr. drh. I Made Damriyasa, MS which represents the Rector of Udayana University and accompanied by Head of USDI (Unit of Information Resources) Prof. Dr. Ketut Darma Putra, Kom., MT as the speaker. The event was attended by participants from all units and sub-units that exist at the Udayana University.
By convening this event is expected that the compilation of data proposed work plan and budget (RKAT) unit of the fiscal year 2017 can be integrated into a system, that is SILUNA (Information Systems of Solutions Planning) and SIMAYA (Information Systems of Acceptance wealth) which is integrated from various sources of funding both of fund RM, PNBP, BOPTN and other funds where they exist, so it can be more accountable, reliable and accurate.(arisugama)
