In order to strengthen the 2017’s work programs and budget planning, Udayana University held a meeting through BAPSI (Administrative Bureau of Information Systems Planning) on June, 22th 2016. Conducted in Laboratorium Bersama’s Courtroom on the second floor at Sudirman Campus Denpasar, this meeting was started at 7.30 in the morning. The meeting was done to synchronizing the work programs and activities done by either the university or its working units with the budget.
This meeting was opened by the university’s rector, Prof.Dr.dr. Ketut Suastika, Sp,PD-KEMD, and accompanied by the vice rectors as well. It was attended by approximately 200 participants including deans, the head of post graduate programs, and other leaders in the university; such as: heads of department, LPPM, BPMU, bureau, SPI, USDI, study centre, UPT, archived centre, Director of RSPTN and the head of working program units with their teams, except for the committee.
The aims of this meeting were:
- Delivering general information about the university development policy as the 2015-2019 university planning,
- Synchronizing the programs with 2017’s budget planning between the university and the working units in the university, and
- Socializing IT-based SILUNA (Solution Planning Information System).
It was expected from this meeting that annual working programs and budget planning in the university along with the working units will be made. Besides, it was also expected that these plannings will be made through SILUNA in integrated way with variety of capital resources; may it from RM, PNBP, BOPT, etc. (ayuniantari)
