The Doctoral Promotion Session of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University was held Offline

The Doctoral Study Program in Management Science, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (PSDIM FEB Unud) for the first time held a Doctoral Promotion Session in an offline format, after more than two years of being conducted online during the Covid-19 pandemic while still using health protocols.




The student who got the first opportunity to carry out an offline doctoral promotion session was Ns. I Made Adi Wahyu Udaksana, S.Kep, M.Kes. which was held on Friday, 22 April 2022 where the promoter of this student was Prof. Dr. I Wayan Gede Supartha, SE, SU. with Co-Promoter 1 Mr. Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, SE., MM and Co-Promoter 2 is Mr. Dr. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, SE., MM.




This exam was led by the Chair of the Session who on this occasion was led directly by the Dean of FEB Unud Mr. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, SE., MT., Ph.D.





In this trial, Promovendus presented a dissertation with the title "The Mediation Role of Work Attitudes Based on Local Wisdom on the Effect of Empowerment of Nurses and Work Environments on Nurse Performance in the Emergency Installation of Regency/City Regional Hospitals in Bali".
