The Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture Unud Chairs the Meeting for the First Quarter of 2022 Budget Absorption and Submission of the 2023 Budget Ceiling
In order to follow up on the meeting at the rectorate level regarding the absorption of the 2022 Quarter 1 (TW1) budget, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) Unud chaired a meeting on the same matter at the faculty and study program level on March 31, 2022. The meeting was held separately offline at the Senate Room FP Unud Sudirman Campus. The meeting was attended by the dean, study program coordinators and financial managers at the faculty and study program levels. The purpose of the meeting, among others, is to evaluate various activities that have been carried out well in Q1 and which have not been realized according to the planned time. The meeting participants also conveyed the obstacles faced by financial operators in executing the planned budget and the Dean gave directions for budget execution solutions so that the absorption of funds could be maximized. 'Absorption of the budget requires the cooperation of the parties related to the execution of the budget', the Dean of FP emphasized to the audience so that the absorption of funds can be carried out optimally. In addition, it was also emphasized to the meeting participants to re-examine the planning of activities for the next quarter, both in terms of time, types of activities that can support the achievement of Key Work Indicators (IKU).
On the same occasion, the Dean of FP also conveyed tips for planning activities that could be funded in 2023 that support KPI. The submission of the ceiling to the Faculties and eight study programs in FP was delivered at the Planning and Development Deliberation (Musrenbang) on ??22 March 2022 and was reaffirmed at this budget absorption event. The targets for this Musrenbang are using the new system, achieving quarterly and next quarter activities, revising activities that are not possible to carry out in the planned TW. In addition, the Dean of FP Unud also conveys to planners at the faculty and study program levels to plan activities for the year. 2023 based on their respective ceilings that support the Main Work Indicators (IKU).
